That Signature Milk Tea

Here goes my first ever post of the Tealive drinks review! Hopefully it will help you guys to at least try the drink yourself *pink sakura emoji*

About Tealive in general. This company to me is like a hi-tea drink company that promotes lots of variety from their famous-favourite Milk Tea range to all-time-addictive coffee range. The menu itself is divided into 8 ranges (such as Milk Tea, Crafted Tea, Tea Latte, Fruit Tea, Smoothies, Sparkling Juice, Coco and Coffee). I'll list down all the drinks in the first post on the range okay? I've got you covered babes! *love emoji*

On the menu, you'll also find that you can add toppings. For RM 1.10, you can add pearl, grass jelly, hydrated chia seed, coconut jelly, pudding, Oreo cookie pieces and sago. Then, for RM 1.60, you can add 3Q jelly, aloe vera and red bean. Lastly, for RM 3.50 (which is a bit premium) , you can opt for Kapiti ice cream (upgrade your drink to a float people! Go ice cream! hahaha). However, the Kapiti ice cream is only available in certain stores. so, check with your nearest Tealive if the have that option!)

For those who are concern with their health or not much of a sweet tooth, you can ask for slight, half or no sugar but some drinks have their sugar level set. You can also decide the level of ice to be normal or half or non. That's a perk for some of you that have sensitive teeth and would prefer the drinks without ice!

I had my cold Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea first in size Large. I bought it at Tealive at Shell Pandan Mewah. The service was good even though I had to wait a bit for the staff to settle their business. Otherwise, the service is great. The place is not to crowded and the drink was prepared fast.

The drink itself deserve to be a signature! The taste is right in all the right places. The tea is not too strong, the milk is not too milky or too creamy or nauseating. The drink overall have a caramel aftertaste due to the brown sugar. It is definitely your calming-at the end of the day- relaxing drink. It's a good and recommended drink to have after a long stressful day.

However, I personally dislike the taste of the pearls at the end of the drink. The pearl become a bit tough and have a strong displeasing aftertaste especially if you have no more milk tea left. My mouth feels uncleaned after right after finishing chewing and swallowing the pearl. That is one thing to consider when drinking the Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. So, my advice for you in order to have the most pleasant journey finishing this drink is to stir properly the drink before you take the sip especially in between sips. And definitely try to finish the pearls while the milk tea is still in the cup. That way, you don't have to face the aftertaste of the pearls without the presence of the milk tea and save yourself from the torture of the aftertaste! Hahahaha...

All in all, it is still a great drink to have. You'll just love it!
